How is the Door Seal installed? What advantages does it offer?
The seal is intended to prevent rainwater from entering under the door, as well as dust and insects. With the door open, position the seal at the bottom of the door and fix the screws according to the holes. Leave a gap of approximately 5mm between the floor and the rubber. The plastic pulley that comes with the product must be installed on the door frame in the direction of the lock close to the floor. The function of the pulley is to press the seal flap when the door closes. For metal doors, the seal can be fixed with double-sided tape.
How is the Box Extender installed?
The first step is to measure the distance between the walls of the room. Stretch the extender 3cm above the necessary measurement, always pulling and never twisting. Press the two parts towards the center and release it, the PVC tips will be fixed to the wall. If it has stretched too much, remove the plastic tips and finish stretching the tubes to loosen them. Fit the tube with the spring on the end inside the other with the spring down, replace the plastic tips and repeat the process.

From the minimum order onwards, the customer is entitled to CIF shipping (on behalf of the issuer) in the partner regions: RS, SC, SP, MG, MS, DF, RJ, PR, ES, BA, MT and GO. In other regions of Brazil, we reship in SP with FOB shipping (at the expense of the recipient).
I received some used profiles, with damages, how can I claim the warranty?
When delivering the material, the volumes must be checked. When you notice signs of damage in the boxes, open the volumes and check all the material. Note the damaged products and quantities in the CTRC – road freight transport bill. After receipt, contact us on 0800 400 51 00 and inform the seller of the situation, they will open an internal CI-communication to SAC, which will begin the refund process.
What aluminum alloys does Novo Horizonte use?
We currently sell the 6060 alloy – Profiles for civil construction, general framing, furniture, etc., and the 6063 alloy – Irrigation pipes, bicycle rims, finishes for bodies, boats, etc. Both have medium mechanical strength, high corrosion resistance, good formability and are suitable for matte decorative anodizing.
What is the capacity of the Novo Horizonte Alumínios extruder?
We have an extrusion press for 5” inch billets (profile diameter up to 120 mm).
Can I buy and invoice using my CPF?
To buy from us you must be a Legal Entity and have an active CNPJ. For individual customers or end consumers, we suggest contacting one of our distributors.
Where is Novo Horizonte located, does it have other stores and branches?
Our factory is located in Cambé – PR (Londrina metropolitan region). We do not have other branches or stores, but you can find our products at some wholesalers and distributors throughout Brazil.
I need to develop a project, is a customized tool possible?
Yes, we have our own tool room and trained professionals to provide all technical support for the development of new projects. In addition to flexibility and agility in making the tooling, we have the shortest deadline.
What is the deadline for paying a title (invoice in Novo Horizonte)?
The deadline is the 3rd day of expiration. After the third day, a pending financial issue is added to SERASA and an automatic protest is filed.
Why are products manufactured by Novo Horizonte not subject to IPI – Tax on Industrialized Products?
Our products have a tax classification whose taxation has a 0% rate in the TIPI table (Tax Incidence Table on Industrialized Products).

What care should I take with Novo Horizonte products?
NEVER step on profile ties/packages during movement or storage. • Do not pull/drag the bars inside the closed lashings; • Avoid moving those tied directly with the forklift. They must be stored in baskets/cages, or packaging appropriate for these purposes; • NEVER move or store tied items in the rain, or in humid places; • NEVER store tied materials, and especially unpackaged profiles, close to places where they are exposed to cement dust, dust caused by broken walls, or even close to salt spray (soda); • When storing profiles horizontally, avoid stacks that are too high and separate the layers with cardboard or suitable trays. NEVER store packages directly on the floor; • To avoid marks or surface scratches, avoid direct contact between profiles and other metals.
